Vacant Home Staging

In a constantly fluctuating real estate market, it’s more important than ever to make your listing stands out above the rest. Staged homes get more people in the door, help potential buyers visualize the space, and ultimately sell faster at a higher price point than un-staged homes. We thoughtfully stage Portland homes to showcase the best features so that when buyers walk in the door, they feel right at home.

Pre-Market Prep Consultation

Does your home need a cosmetic refresh before it’s market-ready? We will walk through your home to create a comprehensive list of updates including exterior and interior paint, light fixtures, tile, plumbing fixtures, flooring refinishing and replacements, plus exterior details. We’ll also provide a list of recommended tradespeople for each category of work. This is highly recommended in combination with home staging.

Interior Styling

Does your home or office need a refresh? From hunting down the perfect credenza for that awkward corner to full-home makeovers, we’ll work with you to make your home look and feel more like a reflection of you. This includes choosing fixtures and finishes during construction all the way to pillows and plants to bring it all together. Send us a message to discuss the details of your project!

  • "I cannot recommend Kelsey and the Ampersand team enough! I’ve used them to stage many of my client’s homes as well as my own. With my house, Kelsey’s vision was so good it made me sad that I hadn’t been living up to my house’s potential all these years. She has an incredible eye for spaces and the furniture choices are always era appropriate. All of my clients have been very happy with the staging and I think they’re the best in town. Highly recommend!"

  • "Kelsey and the whole crew at Ampersand have become our trusted partners in ensuring a quick sale at the best price for our clients. Their staging is on point, with unique pieces designed to highlight each space in a home, no matter the size or shape. While that is obviously our foremost goal, Ampersand goes beyond - by making time to consult with us as we are advising what projects our clients take on prior to listing. Kelsey has an innate talent of seeing a space and quickly coming up with a few ideas that will make a huge impact - and oftentimes they are simple, low cost projects that really elevate the space and ultimately create more demand and a higher price for a home. Kelsey also offers after-the-sale services by advising clients who are settling in their new space with paint/furniture suggestions. Bottom line: working with Ampersand = Great First Impressions!"

  • "Kelsey has an inate ability when it comes to styling and staging. I never ceased to be amazed by her ability to walk into a room and almost immediately know what it needs in order to look inviting, polished, and cozy all at the same time. She and her exceptional team are the reason why our listings always look so good and why they almost always sell quickly and at a price that makes our sellers very happy. Ampersand stands out in a sea of stagers where the staging often feels contrived and uninspired. What I love most is going into a house right after it’s been staged by Kelsey and her team and immediately feeling a shift in the energy of the space. They breathe new life into each home every single time and the transformation feels like magic. Highly recommend!"

  • "Kelsey and her team at Ampersand Creative have been my go to stagers since 2017. I love their style of mixing textures, unique pieces, and adding life into each home they stage. Every job brings a freshness to the property that allows buyers to not see the sellers but themselves in the home. My clients have always loved the work with some going as far as hiring Kelsey help them create a vision for their new homes and source items that will make their space feel fresh, fun, and functional. I highly recommend chatting with Kelsey and the Ampersand crew for your next project."
